Although we cannot guarantee a 100% exact match due to variations between computer monitors, we strive to provide true-to-life images of our products. To help you evaluate colors and textures before ordering, we offer the ability to order wallpaper samples. As you can understand, this option is not available for all our products. The graphics of our products are lovingly produced in Quebec, using illustrations from creators from around the world. We choose our illustrations based on our favorites, current trends and the artistic diversity offered by each artist.

Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or transportation delays. Please note that personalized products may take up to 2 additional weeks for manufacturing and delivery. Delivery times for personalized products will be communicated upon confirmation of the order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You will be able to follow the progress of your package until its delivery, with complete peace of mind.

Exchanges and returns

Do you have a returns and exchanges policy?

At Maison Cosya, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and convenient returns policy for products purchased on our virtual store.

What are the conditions for returning a product to Maison Cosya?

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned within 15 days of the date of purchase and in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

What products cannot be returned?

  • Items on sale or clearance.
  • Personalized or made-to-order items.
  • Products that are no longer in their original condition, which have been used, washed and which no longer have their original packaging.
  • Bedding (duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, etc.), towels (face, hand, bath, Turkish, etc.), bath products (soaps, lotions, etc.). and other similar products, for hygiene and health reasons.
  • Large items (30 lbs and more).
Except, of course, in the event of a defect or quality problem. No refunds will be issued, but an exchange will be made.

Carefully package the product in its original packaging, attach a copy of your invoice or order confirmation, and send the package to the address provided in the returns instructions.

What is the refund process?

We do not provide refunds. Only exchanges or reimbursement on a gift card are authorized. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to confirm receipt of your package and processing of your exchange or refund of the value of your purchase on a gift card.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless there is a defect or error on our part, and that previously paid shipping costs will not be refunded. Where and how to buy a Maison Cosya gift card?

You can purchase gift cards directly from our online store. To do so, simply clickHERE, choose the desired amount, and proceed to payment as for any other other product.

What happens after purchasing a gift card?

Once the purchase is made, the gift card recipient receives an email containing a unique code that will allow them to use the gift card amount when paying for their purchases.

How to use a gift card?

During the ordering process in our online store, the gift card recipient simply needs to enter the gift card code in the field provided during checkout. The amount of the gift card will then be deducted from the order total. If the order amount is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will be retained for later use. If the order amount is greater than the gift card balance, the recipient will have to pay the difference.
